The Bayou in Mt Vernon is an underrated gem for great New Orleans inspired food, drinks, and decor. Been going for years and finally got to try their brunch for the first time and it was DELICIOUS! They have live music a few times a month, trivia every Thursday, themed specials throughout the week, and special events such as Game of Thrones Night, Krampusfest, and an annual Zombie Bash! Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t been!

Just came from one of our new favorites, Tuck'd Away, in Tuckahoe. Their wings made a run in the Best Wings in Westchester poll on this page and probably should have gone further. Really good and their blue cheese is second to none. But beyond that, their entree's are just as good. Haven't had a bad meal there yet. Went with the smoked Gouda Mac and cheese with pulled pork tonight and it was hands down the best M&C I've ever had. Check them out when you're in the area. You won't be disappointed!

EVERYTHING on their menu is great, from their personal size pizzas, fresh baked pretzels, churro pretzel, so many beers, wines, great cocktails in a chill environment 🤘🏽
